If your license is suspended it really depends on why it was suspended. Most often people’s drivers licenses are suspended because they failed to either answer a ticket that they received or pay a fine on a ticket that they’ve been convicted of.
What happens after that is if their license has been suspended and they’ve been caught driving while it’s in suspension or in revocation status, they are committing a crime.
